This is one of my few five star reads - no, not even Brenda Novak always gets five stars!
The characterization was wonderful, the pacing was perfect, and the ending was satisfying. An all-round good read! I enjoyed this one better than the first in the series. My connection to the characters was much stronger. I look forward to the next in the series.
